Pearl Technology’s Jeremy Caldera recently participated in the world’s largest tech show for the audiovisual (AV) and systems integration industry. Held in Barcelona, Spain, Jeremy attended the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) on February 4-7.
“It’s held annually in February,” Jeremy said. “The event brings together industry professionals from around the globe to showcase the latest innovations and technologies. This was my fourth year. I usually attend every two years to remain current on all that’s new in the industry… and learn what’s coming.”
In addition to attending symposiums on AI, Jeremy was part of a workplace technology roundtable. He also spoke on user experience and enterprise standardization.
“As part of ISE, I attended the AI symposium, which had great keynotes and discussed various ways AI is going to be used not only in technology but in business for technology firms,” Jeremy explained. “Several panel discussions focused on how Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) will reshape our lives and work environments. I also took a tour of the Innovation Park at ISE, which exhibited different technologies in software and hardware. These are expected to revolutionize systems integration. The overall theme for ISE was to encourage businesses to adopt AI strategies and stay competitive in the future.”
Jeremy also attended a projection mapping demonstration on a historical building in downtown Barcelona. As a former member of the AVIXA leadership, he received a behind-the-scenes tour of the technology driving the event.
“I also participated in a roundtable discussion/presentation—along with my good friend, Chuck Espinoza—to discuss a variety of topics including enterprise standardization, the importance of standards, and talent development for AV integrators. It was good exposure to visit over 1,400 exhibitors at the conference.”
Attendance and presenting at ISE is just one way that Pearl Technology continues to grow and stay ahead of the curve in this industry. It’s the best show of its kind for AV and systems integration and offers an opportunity to not only learn what’s current but also to see what’s in the future for the industry. And when it comes to technology, that’s critical.

ISE 2025 had 85,351 unique verified visitors from 168 countries, marking a 15% increase from the previous year. The total number of registrations reached 110,540 with 185,700 visits across four days.
