On October 28, 2025, three of Pearl Technology’s cybersecurity professionals participated in the Pekin Community High School (PCHS) Future Focus Day.
Jennifer McKeever, Alisa Rabb, and Pat Venditte were enthusiastic about interacting with students during the event, which was set up in the high school gym.
As part of Future Focus Day, students were given purple passports to take to each booth. When students stopped at a booth, their passports were stamped. As a result, Jennifer, Alisa, and Pat had the opportunity to discuss cybersecurity and the work Pearl Technology does, along with the ways cybersecurity touches all industries.
“It was incredible to see a school so dedicated to investing in their students’ futures and giving them real opportunities to explore different career paths,” Jennifer said. “When schools take the initiative to connect education with real-world experience, they’re not just preparing students for jobs; they are empowering the next generation of innovators and problem solvers. That was on full display during Future Focus Day. We appreciated the opportunity to be involved.”
