As an Account Executive working with the Data Centers at Pearl Technology, Nicole (Nikki) Schade delivers top-notch services to help businesses optimize their IT infrastructure. As part of this position, she stays current on technology, including colocation, cloud, and disaster recovery services.
How She Serves
Committed to client success, Nikki is passionate about technology and providing services that help meet our clients’ various needs. She works remotely from Wisconsin and collaborates with the team and clients to provide custom solutions whenever she can.
“I build strong client relationships and work to understand their unique needs first, so that I can provide tailored solutions that make the most sense for them—to enhance performance, security, and scalability,” Nikki explained. “I aim to exceed client expectations with proactive support, personalized service, and innovative problem-solving. My goal is to help businesses achieve their objectives through cutting-edge data center solutions.”
What Her Experience Means
Before joining the team at Pearl Technology in November 2024, Nikki worked as director of sales for a cybersecurity company. Her belief is that experience is the best trainer, and she’s had a lot of it!
“My experience has taught me how to understand clients’ needs,” Nikki said. “Sales has gotten a bad reputation, so I may have barriers to overcome at times. In my mind, if I’m ‘selling something,’ I’m not doing my job. There is so much more that goes into it! Understanding my clients’ goals and helping them to achieve success is much more important than ‘selling them.’ The sales part comes later, but only if it makes sense.”
Nikki brings a wealth of channel experience, positioning her as a key driver in establishing strategic partnerships with various companies and vendors. Her expertise contributes to Pearl Technology’s ability to offer tailored, comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of customers—without having to rely on external vendors.
By acting as a central resource, Nikki plays a pivotal role in helping Pearl Technology become the go-to, one-stop provider for all technology solutions. Her focus on building and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective clients helps to ensure that Pearl Technology remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
Though Nikki has only been with Pearl Tech a short time, she already enjoys the culture. “The people are easygoing and great to work with. Culture is very important to me.”
Nikki believes her experience and commitment will help her grow Pearl Tech’s Data Centers.
“There are endless opportunities in this industry, which means there are many possibilities for growth. I have already come to understand the Data Center industry, which has helped me step outside my comfort zone and push myself professionally. I’m very excited to be a part of the Pearl Tech team and work for such a reputable company.”
What Sustains Her
Nikki lives in Wisconsin with her 18-year-old son, Dominic. They also have two dogs, Bitsy and Cersci.
Her motto drives her and all her interactions: “Goodness is the only investment that never fails.”
In her spare time, Nikki is passionate about sports—basketball, football, and baseball. She loves going to the gym for an outlet. She also loves watching Dominic’s wrestling matches and spending time with him, as well as other family members and friends
